Our servers are housed in a secure, state-of-the-art colocation center in Plano, Texas. Your data is also backed up daily, in case of any data loss we are able to restore your data for you.


Is there a contract

TangCRM is a based on a monthly service and a pay as you go service. There are no contracts to sign an you are able to cancel the service at anytime. Before you cancel though, we would like to know the reason for canceling so that we can try and support you. When your account is canceled you will be able to access it in readonly mode so that you are able to export all of your data off of our system. We will also export your data into an excel format for you.
